The Royal Aeronautical Society Council Election 2022 is open for voting. All voting members who have an email address registered with the Society will have received an email notice enabling you to vote. If you believe that you are a voting member but did not receive an email, or you do not have a valid email address registered with the Society, then please contact our election provider, mi-voice, on +44 (0)845 241 4148 (we would advise that you check your email account’s junk folder in case your email settings determine the email as being spam).

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 4 MAY 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN for the 156th Annual General Meeting of the Royal Aeronautical Society incorporating the Institution of Aeronautical Engineers, the Helicopter Association of Great Britain and the Society of Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Technologists will be held virtually on Wednesday, 4 May 2022, at 1130 hours (BST) to transact the business, as outlined below. Please note, no physical attendance is permitted.

The business of the AGM:

  1.  To receive and consider the Minutes of the 155th Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting, held on 6 May 2021.
  2.  To receive and consider the Audited Accounts and Report of the Board of Trustees on the state of the Society for the year ending 31 December 2021.
  3.  To appoint the auditors for the year 2022.
  4.  To receive the names of those appointed to the Board of Trustees and those newly elected to the Council for the years 2022-2025.
