​Holmes Mackillop Solicitors is an independent Scottish law firm founded in 1783. We have four offices in the West of Scotland with our HQ in Glasgow and strong links with the business community in Prestwick and Ayrshire generally, and with the engineering faculties at the local universities. We specialise in all main areas of commercial law with a particular focus on corporate structures, commercial contracts throughout the supply chain and the ways in which private enterprises interface with the public sector. Our space law team is led by Ralph Riddiough, Director, who was Head of Legal and Democratic Services during the successful Regional Growth Deal bid that will deliver the Prestwick Spaceport.
